New Beginnings presents hundreds of baskets each month throughout the northern metro area. A team of hostesses set up face-to-face meetings with your targeted customers.

You provide us with the promotional item (i.e. brochure, gift certificate or product sample) that we present to each new homeowner. Remember, the better your offer, the more likely the new homeowner will become a customer.

At the end of each month, you receive a list of homeowners visited with their name, address, subdivision, children, pets, and from where they moved. You can follow up by sending the new homeowner an additional offer or promotional letter.

The areas visited are Alpharetta East, Alpharetta West, Johns Creek, East Cobb, Roswell and South Forsyth. All homes in the subdivisions we visit exceed the $300,000 price range. At least 40 visits are performed in each area per month guaranteed. The fixed price for each area visited is $50 per month.
